Will Followers Make Me Money?
A lot of people out there seem to be under the impression that many followers' means many sales. Not wanting to burst a bubble but that is not the case.
What is the point in having thousands of followers if they are not really interested in you or your products? Many of them will follow you to try and raise their own profile. Grab hold of your coat tails.
It is better to have carefully selected followers and people that have a greater chance of connecting with you.
If you are into internet marketing and want to promote of sell a product/service then just surrounding your self with so called internet marketers will not guarantee results. Many of them will be a lot like you and this will not always be a benefit.
Take estate agents for an example. If you are looking at estate agents you will find that each town will have one main place where all the estate agents are. In this case it is a benefit as they will not usually be selling the same homes as each other. If one doesn't have what you are looking for then the next will.
In the case of internet marketing this can be a problem. If you are promoting a home business opportunity for example then what will make yours different from the next. In most cases the opportunity will be very good however it will come down to you and what you have to offer. Remember that people buy people not products.
You do not want to be just another copy cat shoving out the same old rubbish and hoping for the best. You could but you won't get far.
The only way to really generate followers that are into you is to advertise you. At the end of the day there is only one of you and if you are yourself and steer clear of copying everything then people will relate to you and you will be able to connect with them.
